fabulous fall casual bag

With fall upon us, I have dug my hooded sweatshirts and Birkenstocks (no, not the sandals) out of the basement for usage. The one thing that I have been realizing about my fall wardrobe is that it is lacking a fall inspired bag that is not too dressy. While out running errands this past weekend, I caught a glimpse of myself and did not like what I saw. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was no reason to dress up, so there I was in all my glory sporting my A&F hoodie, blue jeans and Birks with my dressed up designer bag. It just didn’t look right. I am in need of a bag that is still fab, but that will look like it belongs with all of my other casual attire. I have found exactly what I need!
This washed leather handbag from Prada is the perfect balance of designer and fabulous while still maintaining a more casual look to match those lazy days. First of all, it’s Prada!! I love the way the washed leather makes the bag look old (vintage old, not “out” old). It looks broken in; like it has been a beloved bag for years and years and it looks comfy, which is a must for a casual bag. The size of it doesn’t hurt either. You could fit all of your fall/winter necessities into this baby. Who says that when you want to go bumming you can’t carry a fab designer bag?
