Those who are frequent readers of this blog know that I am more than just a wee bit skeptical of the whole patent leather craze that is going on in fashion right now. From the shoes to the bags every bit of these patent leather “goods” seems to scream trashy to me no matter who designed them or what the cost. Case in point:
Just look at this! If someone who is worth billions of dollars cannot even pull of the pant without looking like a two-dollar you know what, then why should the women of everyday life think that they can? Paris Hilton has been known to dress herself in some highly questionable attire, but this is the first time that I have seen her look so trashy and be so covered at the same time! I believe this confirms my original desire of stepping aside and not taking a ride on the patent-leather train once and for all.

I really don’t know why you think she looks “trashy” here… Quite a brave fashion, but nothing’s really awful.

Paris Hilton will not appeal against the judge’s decision to send her back to jail for the remainder of her 45 day sentence.
In a statement issued through her legal team yesterday, Paris said: “Today I told my attorneys not to appeal the judge’s decision. While I greatly appreciate the Sheriff’s concern for my health and welfare, after meeting with doctors I intend to serve my time as ordered by the judge.”
