Last week’s issue of People magazine boasted it’s much anticipated Most Beautiful of 2007 list. A highly coveted title by Hollywood’s hottest and I have to say that overall, I agree with their selections. I
love that Drew Barrymore made the top of the list this year for many, many reasons. First, I love that she has not always been one of those cliché Hollywood stick women and has always remained a bit funky and out there. She is a total bad-A runner, which I happen to love because nothing says a woman is awesome like being able to take on 13.1 miles (those who know me know that I am little bias on this one). In all seriousness, I love a woman who takes care of her body and works for it rather than denying herself. Last, she has staying power. I mean, I used to love her in Mad Love back in 1995 and she is still just as cute as ever. The entire list from People including the delicious Patrick Dempsey, cutie Jennifer Garner and my favorite gal Jennifer Aniston, who always looks beautiful, was an overall good call on celeb beauty.

My only qualm was with Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz (below) making the list. I am not saying the man is completely unattractive and I understand that some women might
find him attractive in that dark, mysterious, rocker sort of way (ahem, Ashlee Simpson) but when he is keeping company with the likes of Matthew McConaughey, the gorgeous Helen Mirren (totally timeless) and hunky Wentworth Miller, it is difficult to justify his presence on the same list. He should have been replaced by a real beauty of 2007, Ryan Gosling; a much more deserving specimen. Oh, also in this issue was People’s look at ten celebs sans makeup. Check it out, they all look great without their makeup (I am sure airbrushing took place, by the way). My fave?

The adorable Rashida Jones from the fantastic show The Office. Completely effortless and gorgeous…this is me jealous.
