Let’s Talk Tees, Tees, and More Tees

Lately, I’ve been concentrating so hard on updating my closet for all of the Pre-Autumn and Fall looks that I barely have time see what I throw on. I went to the mall this Saturday, and realized that I was way too overdressed; yeah, it was like I had toilet paper stuck to my shoe- the looks I was getting. It is time we admit it; adolescents are dominating the malls now! So, we cannot go shopping and simultaneously flaunt our newest fashion savvy ensembles because they are out of place in that land of tees and jeans. I’m not saying that teens don’t have something under their belts here because if we think it out- it’s time efficient and way sheek too. So, which tee and jean ensembles say sheek and which ones say EEK?
One types of tees have been getting all the hype this seasons- witty tees! T-shirts that sport attitude are the fav of chic gals because they show that catty side of us that we have to hide 24/7. I recently ordered a tee from Queen of Suburbia that I get compliments on every time I walk out the door; it’s an extremely comfy navy blue tee that says “Flattery Operated.” So, pretty much anything goes that’s witty or catty!
On-the-other-hand, tees that are way outdated are the bulky band types! If you’re not at a concert than I would safely say leave those babies at home to wear to bed. You always want to flaunt your figure and those tees just add pugging where you many not have any.
To go with these tees two kinds of jeans are all the rave right now. Either pair an extra fitting tee with wide legged jean. Something in a dark wash is always extra flattering. Or try a looser fitting t-shirt in light shades paired with light washed skinny jeans.
These are the basic guidelines, but nothing is more attractive than uniqueness. Let’s tackle accessorizing now; the jest of it is always shoot for minimalist! A cute pair of earrings and a nice bag is perfect. Messenger bags are the IT thing to go for a younger look or a tote can be a girls best friend. And tada you got yourself the perfect street chic ensemble to hit the mall with!
